VCare is here to help you get a refund if you have received a damaged or open package with tampered quality. This is how you can go about raising your grievance.

If you have received a damaged product package, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Our team will review your request within 7 business days and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

If your request is approved, you may need to self-ship the product(s) to us using a reliable courier partner. In such cases, we will reimburse you for the courier charges via our given payment methods (only if invoice/bill relating to shipping charges is sent to us).

Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify their condition. If the product(s) are found to be in the same condition as when they were shipped, we will initiate the refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that replacement of the product(s) will depend on their availability in our stock.
